Dew

Little jewels born silently into the nature’s bower

Coming in the wee hour only to later disappear.

Little jewels you are

Unadorned by women you are

Pristine and pure you are

Blessing this world  you are!

When the first rays of sun come

Shining and sparkling you become.

Wetting the grass blades

Glistening the leaves on the tress along the promenades.

Kissing the flowers

And adding few shades.

The sun is happy too

When you shine and smile true.

As you sparkle and bejewel the nature

The sun swells in pride and grows in stature.

When the world awakes

And the creatures from their slumber shake

They revel in your presence

And drink your essence.

Now! The sun becomes possessive

And gets very aggressive

A moment ago he was joyous

Now he is all murderous!

With his light he sparkled your life

Oh! There you go!

With his heat he snatched your life!

But…………………………………………….

You shall be born again

For everyone’s gain!

Behold!……………………………………………

This is life!

This is death!

Little jewels born silently into the nature’s bower

Coming in the wee hour only to later disappear.
